It is important when planning for the future we accept and recognise that we are all at least a little bias and to include the input of people who are differently bias with different opinions, perspectives, priorities and life experience to ensure our plans are comprehensive... Dominating the conversation means men get to voice their opinions, but they lose out on hearing all sorts of contributions that may have enriched the conversation and helped plans to be better for everyone including themselves #Feminism We need to continue to measure data in order to aim for our goal of equality and equity. We also need to be clear on what our end goal is.
