Sir Neil McKay
Neil has a long and distinguished career in senior leadership positions in the NHS in England and in recent years as a successful strategic adviser and consultant
He has been an NHS Trust CEO for University Hospitals in Sheffield and Leeds and his experience includes responsibilities for planning , developing and delivering major service change programmes in London for Acute secondary and tertiary care and for Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
As a Strategic advisor and Consultant, Neil has undertaken a number of pieces of work to help Systems develop strong Plans for the future of their services and the move towards integration. This has resulted in advising a number of Systems about integrated organisational solutions both in the NHS and overseas ( particularly in the Middle East and Australia )
Christian Dingwall
Christian advises health and social care clients about corporate governance, regulation and commercial law. He specialises in major NHS transactions and service transformation including mergers, acquisitions, integrated care and partnerships.
Scott Durairaj – Director of System Performance and Improvement at Sussex Health and Care Partnerships ICS
Scott leads the work to progress the Sussex system towards a thriving Integrated Care System (ICS), with the development of robust and effective system performance and improvement processes.
Scott has been working with the SHCP on assignment from NHS England and Improvement since October. He led the ICS Accelerator Programme and was instrumental in helping SHCP to achieve ICS status in April 2020.
Scott, who started his career as a clinically trained paramedic, has held numerous senior level roles across the NHS, public sector and central government. Most recently, he was Head of Assurance and Delivery at NHS England and Improvement South East, supporting whole system performance improvement, strategy and transformation.
Over the last four months he has also been co-chair of the Covid-19 BAME Disparity Advisory Panel to support systems across the South East to respond rapidly to the disparity in mortality and morbidity among the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic population (BAME).
